Privacy notice

Last updated November 1, 2026

This notice covers this website, civicplatform.us, run by V PATHing Enterprise LLC. It does not cover a town's own Civic Platform system: each town runs its own installation and is responsible for the resident data in it under its own policies.

What we collect

• The contact form. Your name, email, town, role if you give it, and your message. They're emailed to us so we can reply, and kept in our email for as long as we're in touch about your enquiry.
• Bot protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical details about your browser to do that, under its own privacy policy.
• Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and has no analytics.

What we don't do

We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list. We use them only to answer your enquiry.
